(BEDFORD) – Bedford Police officers arrested a Bedford man after they were called to the Circle K gas station at 729 16th Street Tuesday morning.
Officers were alerted that the man was standing beside the front door of the business.
When officers arrived they located 23-year-old Zachary Thomas
“The officer was aware that Thompson was trespassed from the store in the past and confirmed the order was still in effect,” said Chief Terry Moore. “Thompson began to walk away from the store when he noticed the officer approaching him. The officer stopped Thompson and explained the situation and cited him into court for the misdemeanor charge of trespassing.”
