  • 12:43 p.m. Juvenile problem in the 900 block of West Grissom Avenue. Her daughter returned home after being reported as a runaway and is under the influence of drugs or alcohol and was trying to get a knife and only got a butter knife. While at the Mitchell Police Department the teen opened cuts on her arm and was taken to IU Health Hospital
