(BEDFORD) – Mason Brasher’s request for a variance for a lesser required set back at 201 20th Street has been moved for a public hearing during a zoning meeting Tuesday afternoon.
Brasher intends on building a two-car garage on his property with three feet set back, where the required set back is five feet.
No date has been set for the public hearing at this time.
