Bloomington Police Warn About Home Improvement Fraud, Looking For Suspect

(BLOOMINGTON) – Bloomington Police Detective Rob Shrake is urging local residents to exercise caution when entering into a home improvement contract after investigating complaints in which a local man is believed to have scammed several residents out of thousands of dollars.

Dustin Gadd is currently wanted on a warrant for felony theft and a misdemeanor charge of home improvement fraud.

Police believe Gadd may be continuing to operate a Craigslist advertisement and is accepting deposits for services that are never rendered.
