(BLOOMFIELD) – The Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicle (BMV) announced it will hold a public hearing to take public comment regarding the consolidation of the Bloomfield BMV branch, located at 55 N. Franklin RR 6, Bloomfield, IN, into the Linton BMV branch, located at 1600 A Street N E, Suite 5, Linton, IN.
BMV representatives will be in attendance to receive public comment in support of or in opposition to the proposed consolidation. The Public Hearing will be held at the Purdue Extension – Greene County (4H Fairgrounds), 4503 W. State Road 54, Bloomfield, IN 47424. The hearing will take place on Wednesday, September 2, at 6:00 p. m.
The public is invited to provide comments at the hearing or submit written comments to bmvpublichearing@bmv.in.gov. Those wishing to have their emailed comments made part of the record need to submit them by 11:59 p.m. on September 2, 2020.
