Stephanie Lynn Bradley, 48, of Shoals, passed away on August 6, 2020, in French Lick.
She was born on August 1, 1972, in Washington, Indiana to Robert and Linda D. Hert. She married Jason Campbell on September 2, 2004, in Shoals.
She was a Graduate of Shoals High School and was a housewife.
Survivors include her parents and husband, four daughters, Jill Bradley of Shoals, Kirstie (Brian) Lowry of Shoals, Storm Bradley of Shoals and Shayla Campbell of Shoals; one son, Waylon (Samantha) Bradley; one brother, Michael Ray Hert of Loogootee; and grandchildren, Lara, Noah, Kori, Kate and Oliver Bradley, Hayden Lowery and Izzy Campbell.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 12, 2020, at the Queen-Lee Chapel in Shoals. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation is 1:00 p.m. until the time of service on Wednesday.
The Queen-Lee Chapel of the Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes has been entrusted with the arrangements.
