(PAOLI) – The Orange County Republican Central Committee will conduct a caucus July 27 to fill the vacancy for the Orange County Council At Large seat created by the recent resignation of Greg Farlow.
The caucus will be at 7 p.m. at the Paoli Town Hall, 110 N Gospel St. The caucus is closed to the public until discussion of candidate qualifications is completed.
Interested Republican candidates in good standing must file a notarized declaration of candidacy (State Form CEB-5) found on the Secretary of State website, along with a letter of interest to Orange County Republican Chairman Jack Hinkle, Jr., 8538 W. US Hwy. 150 West Baden, IN
47469 or to Mr. Hinkle personally before 7 p.m., Friday, July 24, 2020, in order to be eligible to be considered for the vacancy. No candidate declaration forms will be accepted after the deadline.
