Mitchell School Board Will Meet In Executive Session Monday

(MITCHELL) – The Mitchell School board of Trustees will meet in executive session on Monday, June 29 at 5 p.m. in the MCS Administration Conference Room.

On the agenda:

1. Discussion with respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6 (6) 
2. To discuss job performance evaluations of individual employees as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (9) 
3. Discussion with respect to pending litigation as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (2b) 
4. Discussion with respect to collective bargaining as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5 6.1 (b)-(2)(A)
