(BLOOMINGTON) – The USDA Summer Food Service Program for Children (SFSP) was created to serve nutritious meals to children when the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Program meals are not available.
During this unprecedented time, to ensure our students have access to nutritious meals Monroe County Community School Corporation is collaborating with Community Kitchens to provide lunch for Monroe County Students during the summer months.
Through June 30, 2020, MCCSC and the Community Kitchen will provide lunch (at no charge) to youth to 18. Community Kitchen will provide lunch at 12 locations through August 2, 2020.
MCCSC Pickup days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (Thursday bags will include 2 meals).
Community Kitchen Pickup days: Monday through Friday.
