Cheryl K. (Brown) Erwin, 64, of Paoli, formerly of Shoals passed away on May 21, 2020, at 2:50 p.m. at IU Health Bloomington Hospital.
Cremation was chosen, with a memorial service at a later date.
Cresthaven Funeral home was entrusted with her arrangements.
