(BEDFORD) – Two people were arrested after the Bedford Police Department received numerous 911 phone calls from a resident in the 500 block of V Street on Monday.

“Officers arrived and spoke with 35-year-old Christopher Cooper and later 33-year-old Hayley Stalker,” said Chief Terry Moore. “While speaking with both they showed signs of possible drug use and allowed officers into the home.”

Once inside, officers noticed in plain view drug paraphernalia and were given consent to search the house.
Officers located marijuana, methamphetamine, and a firearm.Â
They arrested Cooper and Stalker on charges of possession of meth, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
