Hogan Abner

When officers arrived they were told the male had left and officers located 31-year-old Hogan Abner about a block away.

“While speaking to Hogan Abner, he appeared to be intoxicated and was arrested,” said Chief Terry Moore. “During the interaction, Abner began fighting with officers and pulled away several times trying to run off.  While being placed into a police vehicle he damaged the vehicle by kicking it and started spitting at officers. Once at the jail he continued to resist jail staff.”

Abner is facing charges of battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, resisting law enforcement, and public intoxication.
