(JASPER) – A Jasper man was arrested on charges of strangulation and domestic battery.
Jasper Police arrested 27-year-old Jorge Diaz early Monday morning in the parking lot of an apartment at 502 Village Court. Officers were called to the scene after a report of a domestic dispute.
Officers discovered Diaz had strangled and battered a female victim at her residence.
He is being held without bond in the Dubois County Security Center.
