(BEDFORD) – A Bedford man was arrested after Bedford Police officers were called to the 1800 block of 30th Street after a report of a domestic fight.
According to Chief Terry Moore, when officers arrived they located a male and female arguing outside.
Officers identified the male as 25-year-old Dustin Pemberton and received information that he was wanted on a warrant for theft.
During a search of Pemberton’s pockets police found a small amount of marijuana.
Pemberton was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana and the warrant for theft.
