Bedford Woman Arrested After Causing Disturbance

(BEDFORD) – A Bedford woman was arrested after Bedford Police Officers were called to 14th and L streets after a report of a woman climbing on a vehicle and acting erratic.

When police arrived they found 31-year-old Rebecca Terrell acting strange and not making any sense during their conversation.

Terrell’s sister arrived and she left with her.  A short time later officer was requested to the same area after Terrell was reported walking into two different apartments without permission.

When officers arrived they found Terrell inside one of the apartments. 

“Terrell was still acting erratic and seemed confused and told officers she was looking for a family member,” said Chief Terry Moore. “She was placed into handcuffs and started resting, officers gained control of Terrell and transported her to BPD for processing then jail.”

Terrell was arrested on charges of residential entry, and resisting law enforcement.
