  • 12:45 a.m. Casey Brown, 34, 4144 Fort Ritner Rd., domestic battery in the presence of a minor under the age of 16, domestic battery, pointing a firearm, criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, criminal recklessness, intimidation

  • 5:30 p.m. Stacy Blackburn, 34, 4016 Washington Ave., domestic battery, possession of marijuana
  • 5:50 p.m. Ronald Phelix, 43, 2502 G St., domestic battery, resisting arrest

  • 6:04 a.m. 911 call. Monroe County Sheriff’s Department alerted
  • 8:33 a.m. Controlled fire in the 1350 block of West Powerline Road
  •  8:54 a.m. Domestic fight in the 1440 block of Washboard Road. The male is threatening to shoot a female and the children. The male does not have a firearm now. The male left the home before police arrived. Police will make extra patrols
  • 10:17 a.m. Controlled fire in the 1320 block of Church Camp Road
  • 10:23 a.m. Request for animal control to the 1570 block of Yockey Road for a large pig in the caller’s front yard
  • 10:25 a.m. Citizen dispute in the 960 block of South 9th Street. The caller’s girlfriend is refusing to get out of his vehicle and his one-year-old son is in the vehicle with her
  • 10:25 a.m. Follow up investigation in the 1000 block of Vista Drive in Oolitic
  • 10:27 a.m. Controlled fire in the 5990 block of US 50 West
  • 10:44 a.m. Alarm sounding in the 940 block of Heltonville Road. It was a false alarm
  • 10:54 a.m. Controlled fire in the 4220 block of Vinegar Hill Road
  • 11:05 a.m. Medical emergency alarm sounding in the 10 block of Lakeside Estates. An AMR ambulance responded
  • 11:46 a.m. Report of a suicidal person in the 960 block of South 9th Street. A female has barricaded herself in the bathroom and attempting to commit suicide. The female no longer has a firearm at this time. An AMR ambulance responded and took the female to IU Bloomington Hospital
  • 12:16 p.m. Disabled vehicle in the first block of Lynch Road
  • 12:21 p.m. Controlled fire in the 1100 block of Mill Creek Road
  • 12:22 p.m. Citizen assist in the 420 block of North 5th Street. A female is in the caller’s yard refusing to leave
  • 12:42 p.m. 911 call at Otis Park. Bedford Police were alerted
  • 12:48 p.m. Citizen assist at the Mitchell Police Department. The caller needs to speak to an officer about an accident report
  • 12:50 p..m. Medical emergency in the 5730 block of Leesville Road. An 81-year-old male fell and possibly broke his leg. An IU Health Hospital ambulance responded
  • 1:02 p.m. Follow up investigation in the 80 block of Bossert Street
  • 1:03 p.m. Citizen assist in the 4140 block of Fort Ritner Road about a domestic fight that happened last night. The female came on station to speak to an officer
  • 1:16 p.m. Controlled fire in the 640 block of South 8th Street 
  • 1:30 p.m. Controlled fire in the 12250 block of Tunnelton Road
  • 1:56 p.m. Controlled fire in the 270 block of Horseshoe Lane
  •  2:53 p.m. Officers were out with female juvenile sitting behind the building crying behind Gearworks in Springville
  • 2:58 p.m. Citizen dispute over a property line in the 410 block of West Oak Street. A no trespassing order was served
  • 3:27 p.m. Report of smoke in the area of North Pike Road and Graves Addition Road. It was a controlled fire
  • 3:28 p.m. Child custody dispute in the 90 block of South Hill Drive
  • 4:43 p.m. Fight in the 420 block of Goosetown Road. The caller says the neighbors are fighting. One male was detained
  • 5:24 p.m. Controlled fire in the 1560 block of Leesville Road
  • 5:24 p.m. Domestic fight in the 230 block of Greer Lane. The caller says she is being attacked by her granddaughter. The female left the home for the evening
  • 6:04 p.m. 911 call hang up in an unknown location
  • 6:08 p.m. Citizen assist in the 220 block of Indiana Avenue in Oolitic. The caller says she and her boyfriend have been living with her aunt on and off for the last six years and now she wants to kick them out and she wants to speak to an officer. The couple will be leaving for the night
  • 6:13 p.m. Report that someone stole their license plate in the 200 block of Oolitic Lane
  • 6:18 p.m. 911 call in the 230 block of Popcorn Road. It was an accidental call
  • 7:02 p.m. Controlled fire in the 480 block of Country Estates
  • 7:09 p.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle in the at Speedway
  • 7:17 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a black Dodge truck at State Road 37 and State Road 54
  • 7:20 p.m. Medical emergency in the 5960 block of State Road 54. A person was sick
  • 7:37 p.m. Report of unsafe shooting in the 130 block of Maddox Lane
  • 7:52 p.m. Request for animal control to the 600 block of South 7th Street in Mitchell for a German Shepherd chasing after people
  • 8:20 p.m. Report of a syringe found at 8th Street and Bishop Avenue. Police picked it up. 
  • 8:26 p.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 410 block of Maple Leaf Road. Police will make extra patrols
  • 8:46 p.m. Controlled fire in the 180 block of Heartland Street
  • 9:36 p.m. Report of a gas leak in the 280 block of State Road 60 East
  • 10:15 p.m. Citizen assist in the 920 block of Ridgedale Drive. Two neighbors are fighting over an aggressive dog
  • 10:30 p.m. Warrant service in the 4140 block of Fort Ritner Road
  • 10:31 a.m. Drug investigating in the 110 block of State Road 60. The caller reported two people are using meth in the presence of a child
  • 11:11 p.m. Lift assist in the 820 block of Davey Cox Road. A male fell and can’t get up. An IU Health Hospital responded
  • 11:19 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a red car westbound on Sieboldt Quarry Road
  • 11:21 p.m. 911 call hang up in the 40 block of Dixie Highway. It was an accidental call
  • 11:34 p.m. 911 call reporting an erratic vehicle in a red Hyundai approaching the Greene County line on State Road 54 West
  • 11:35 p.m. 911 call in the 7610 block of North County Road 200 East in Orleans. A male was ill. The Orange County Sheriff’s Department was alerted

  • 12:30 p.m. Alarm sounding in the 100 block of Briarwood Lane. It was a false alarm
  • 1:21 a.m. Domestic fight in the 130 block of TV Tower Road. The caller says the neighbors were fighting. A male left the home for the night
  • 11:45 p.m. Disabled vehicle on US 50 East and Limestone Run Road
