(BEDFORD) – A Bedford man was arrested Sunday night after officers were requested to the area of 20th and I streets about an intoxicated man.
The caller reported the man had just left his house after a verbal fight.
Police found 49-year-old Daniel Yarberry, of 2004 I St., stumbling while walking down the road.
“While speaking with Yarberry he showed usual signs of intoxication and was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication,” says Chief Terry Moore.
