  • 10:57 a.m. Follow up investigation in the 630 block of Lincoln Avenue at Hoosier Hills Credit Union
  •  10:58 a.m. Theft of metal from a yard in the 560 block of Harold Smith Road

  • 12:12 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a silver Honda southbound on State Road 37 from State Road 54 West
  • 12:39 p.m. Report of harassment in the 1150 block of Camelot Court. Someone was leaving inappropriate letters on a woman’s door.

  • 1:42 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1130 block of West Main Street. A 45-year-old male was suffering a seizure
  • 2:11 p.m. Domestic fight in the 550 block of Reuter Lane. The caller says her brother keeps hitting her and destroying her things. Police spoke to the children’s father
  • 2:47 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a black Ford Fiesta northbound on State Road 37 from Dixie Highway
  • 3:17 p.m. 911 call at Johnson Christian Village. There was no issue
  • 3:39 p.m. Lockout in the 3980 block of Old State Road 37
  • 4:12 p.m. Traffic stop at Hoosier Avenue and Lafayette Avenue
  • 4:29 p.m. 911 call from Hancock Avenue. It was an accidental call
  • 4:44 p.m. Request for a welfare check at Stars Boulevard and US 50 East. A female was pushing a stroller on Stars Boulevard
  • 5:15 p.m. Property damage in the 1800 block of State Road 60 East. Someone is driving through his yard with heavy equipment and leaving ruts in the yard
  • 5:36 p.m. Traffic stop in the 10 block of Hoosier Avenue
  • 5:41 p.m. 911 call in the 2820 block of Washington Avenue. The caller reported there was a van parked in the lot with blankets covering the windows
  • 5:49 p.m. Traffic stop at Oolitic Road at the flea market
  • 6:26 p.m. Medical emergency in the 510 block of South Meridian Road. A female was bitten on the hand by a snake. The person does not know what kind of snake it was and now is having burning and tingling in her arm
  • 7:30 p.m. A resident in the 930 block of Tulip Street requests to speak to an officer
  • 8:20 p.m. A person was on station about a protective order violation
  • 10:16 p.m. Traffic stop at Main Street and Terry’s service station in Mitchell
  • 11:42 p.m. Officers were out with a vehicle at Speedway in a no-parking zone

Incidents – March 18

  • 12:02 a.m. 911 call in the 2030 block of P Street. Bedford Police were alerted
  • 12:21 a.m. Officers were out with a vehicle at State Road 37 and Dixie Highway at the boat ramp. There was no issue
  • 1:18 a.m. 911 call in the 110 block of State Road 60 East. A female requested assistance and then hung up. Police responded and requested an ambulance for an unknown medical condition
  • 1:23 a.m. Report of a tree in the roadway in the 3840 block of Old Farm Road
  • 2:32 a.m. Report of a tree in the roadway at Old Farm Road and Johnson Lane. The tree was removed
  • 3:37 a.m. An inmate was transported to IU Health Hospital
