(BEDFORD) – The Bedford Planning Office released its February report on building permits issued.
The biggest project is a $7 million assisted living facility being constructed at 2910 Evergreen Drive.
A total of $7.6 million in commercial permits were issued for the month of February.
There was also a total of $743,000 in new residential construction.
Here is the total number of permits issued:
- Commercial Building with Inspection – 2
- New Public Building Construction – 1
- New Residential Construction – 5
- Residential No Construction – 2
- Residential Permits – 4
- Signs – 2
