(VINCENNES) – Vincennes Police arrested a man following a traffic stop on North 6th Street, Tuesday morning.
When officers approached, they said the odor of raw marijuana was overwhelming.
Officers say the driver Jeffrey Rawls opened the center console and removed a plastic bag that contained 55 grams of marijuana.
Police arrested Rawls on charges of possession of marijuana.
