(BEDFORD) – A 12-year-old girl was injured in a two-vehicle accident Saturday afternoon at the intersection of 16th and Beech streets.

According to a Bedford Police Department report, 18-year-old Kayleen Millard, of Bedford, was driving a 2011 Nissan Rogue and was attempting to make a left turn from the Burger King parking lot onto 16th Street.

At the same time, 44-year-old Robert Davis, of Bedford, was driving a 2006 Ford Expedition and was traveling east on 16th Street approaching the stoplight at 16th and Beech streets.
