(GREENE CO.) – The Greene County Sheriff’s Department says that tips from the public helped them solve a convenience store robbery.
Robert Dale, 57 of Hymera was arrested and charged with robbery, theft, criminal confinement, criminal recklessness, intimidation, and pointing a firearm.
The robbery was reported Tuesday night at the Country Porch gas station on State Road 54 east of Linton.
The sheriff’s department reported that a man in his early 50s to early 60s with thinning white hair and a white mustache entered the store about 7:12 p.m. on Tuesday brandished a firearm, demanded money and left with an unknown amount of cash.Â
