  • 6:56 p.m. Abandoned vehicle at the Dollar General Store on John Williams Boulevard
  • 6:43 p.m. Disabled vehicle at O and 18th streets
  • 6:38 p.m. Traffic stop at M and 18th streets
  • 6:28 p.m. Traffic stop at Washington Avenue and 26th Street. A citation was issued for fictitious registration
  • 5:45 p.m. Officers were out with a person at 27th Street and Western Avenue
  • 5:38 p.m. Report of a suspicious person at Ridgewood Apartments on Michael Avenue
  • 5:36 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1210 block of L Street. An IU Health Hospital ambulance responded
  • 5:35 p.m. Agency assist at State Road 60 East and Deer Run Road
  • 5:23 p.m. Traffic stop at Shawnee Drive South and Shawnee Lane
  • 4:36 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and 16th Street. The driver was issued a summons to appear in court on a charge of driving while driver’s license suspended with a prior conviction
  • 1:32 p.m. Medical emergency at Garden Villa. An IU Health Hospital ambulance responded
  • 1:28 p.m. Officers made extra patrols in the 710 block of I Street
  • 1:23 p.m. Traffic stop at 16th and G streets. The driver was cited for fictitious registration, driving while driver’s license suspended with a prior conviction and driving the wrong way on a one-way street

  • 1:08 p.m. Unwanted person at the Recycling Center on Mitchell Road
  • 1:04 p.m. Offense against a child reported at Shorty’s Den

  • 7:55 a.m. Medical emergency in the 40 block of South Acres Drive. A 73-year-old was having trouble breathing
  • 8:23 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 446 and Mundell Church Road
  • 8:26 a.m. Lift-assist at Spring Mill Inn. A person fell in their room and needs assistance getting up
  • 8:51 a.m. Deputies made extra patrols in the 290 block of Erie Church Road because of the theft of hay bales
  • 9:08 a.m. Traffic stop at Pleasant Run Road and Bartlettsville Road
  • 9:32 a.m. Theft of a stolen firearm in the 100 block of West Grissom Avenue
  • 1:17 p.m. Medical emergency in the 300 block of East Hancock Avenue. A 54-year-old fell
  • 10:12 a.m. Traffic  stop at Springville Judah Road and Cobb Lane
  • 11:36 a.m Report of two suspicious males in a red car with a white bottom northbound on Rabbitsville Road trying to take gas. Police were unable to local the males or the vehicle
  • 11:50 a.m. Theft at the Dollar General store in Mitchell
  • 1:03 p.m. Medical emergency in the 8120 block of West County Road 75 South. A 51-year-old woman was suffering chest pains
  • 1:08 p.m. 911 call from Community Corrections on Mitchell Road
  • 2:24 p.m. Domestic fight in the 800 block of East Kenray Lake Road. A father and son are fighting both males have firearms. One male was taken to the police station
  • 2:01 p.m. 911 call from an unknown location. No answer on call back
  • 3:39 p.m. Traffic stop in the 3960 block of State Road 37 in Mitchell
  • 4:46 p.m. 911 call in the 1810 block of 28th Street. Bedford Police were alerted
  • 5 p.m. Countywide volunteer fire department radio test
  • 5:15 p.m. 911 call at 21st Street and Washington Avenue. It was an accidental call. Bedford Police alerted
  • 5:19 p.m. Report of an erratic driver westbound on State Road 54 in a green Dodge Durango
  • 5:25 p.m. Information report was taken in the 170 block of Gun Smith School Road. The caller says she was driving south on Leatherwood Road and another car clipped her driver’s side rearview mirror and kept going. The other car was a tan SUV
  • 5:56 p.m. Request for a welfare check on an older male walking in the median on State Road 37 at the Avoca exit. Police were unable to locate the male. An officer checked the Avoca area and was unable to locate the male. They did locate the vehicle but the male was not there
  • 6:17 p.m. A female was on station to report her 8-year-old son was hit with an ice pack thrown at him by his father yesterday and it left bruises and she would like to speak to an officer about the incident
  • 7:32 p.m. Report of a battery in the 660 block of Lower Leesville Road. No charges were filed and the female wanted the male told it is not okay to touch her. Police say there were no signs of a battery
  • 7:33 p.m. Officers were out with a vehicle at Grace Baptist Church in Springville
  • 8:14 p.m. Traffic stop at North Third and Warren streets
  • 8:23 p.m. Warrant service in the 1840 block of WPA Road
  • 8:44 p.m. Report of an unwanted person in the 410 block of Plum Street. The caller is in the hospital and believes her grandson is at her house tearing stuff up. The caller has cameras in her home and can hear someone inside and there is a vehicle in the driveway. Police checked the home and no one was inside and the house was secure and there was no sign of forced entry
  • 9:37 p.m. Request for a welfare check in the 20 block of Meadowland Drive. The caller says her father and mother had an altercation at their house and the father is currently at the VFW and the caller has concerns about her father driving and request to speak to an officer
  • 11:42 p.m. Request for a welfare check in the 500 block of Plum Street. The caller says his girlfriend is being followed by her ex-boyfriend and is requesting an officer. The male is in a blue Ford Ranger

  • 5:32 p.m. Property damage accident in the 6000 block of State Road 60 East
  • 6:02 p.m. Car/deer accident on State Road 37 between Parks Implement Road and the Co-Op
