(BEDFORD) – An Oolitic man was arrested Saturday morning after a Bedford Police officer saw him “acting unusual” in the 1300 block of K Street.
The officer stopped 20-year-old Wesley Hearth to check on him at 10:25 a.m.
“While speaking with Hearth he displayed quick fidgety movements with his hands and feet,” says Chief Terry Moore. “Hearth also was unsteady on his feet and admitted to using methamphetamine earlier in the day. “
Officers arrested Hearth on a charge of public intoxication.
