(BLOOMINGTON) – Due to a programming error, some City of Bloomington Utilities (CBU) customers received incorrect water bills in the month of November.
CBU is aware of the mistake and has corrected the issue, however, this was after bills were sent out to customers.
If your water bill seems incorrect, please email CBU customer service at utilities.cs@bloomington.in.gov to let them know, or call 812-349-3932.
