(UNDATED) – The Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission announced that it will allow the sale of alcoholic beverages on Sunday, November 3, to continue until 3 a.m.

Because Daylight Savings Time falls back an hour at 2 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Sunday, alcoholic beverage outlets will have one additional hour they can serve or sell alcoholic beverages.
Pursuant to Indiana law, they must cease sales at 3 a.m.
