(JACKSON CO.) – Dave O’Mara Contractor Inc. will close a one-mile section of State Road 258 in Jackson County on or after Monday, November 4, to begin work on a nearly $330,000 box culvert replacement project located .26 miles east of Base Road.
The road will close for approximately 30 days between Base Road and County Road 100 East, west of Cortland.
Two additional box culverts are scheduled for replacement next year, located 2.43 miles and 4.73 miles east of State Road 58, respectively.
The official detour for the closure is State Road 135 to US 50 to State Road 11.
