Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce Hosting Community Conversation on Tackling Barriers to Transit Infrastructure

(BLOOMINGTON) – The Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce is hosting a community conversation and “strategic doing” session to identify and tackle barriers to a stronger transit infrastructure on November 1st from 8 a.m. until Noon t the City Council Chambers.

Speakers will include Lew May from Bloomington Transit and Chris Myers from Rural Transit.

The event will also feature breakouts focused on developing strategies in these key areas: Legislation (local and state), Funding, Economic Impact, and Alternative Transportation.
