(INDIANAPOLIS) – This Saturday, the Indiana Commission for Higher Education and Ivy Tech Community College Indianapolis will host a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) event to assist students and their families in filing the form as well as applying to Ivy Tech. In addition to determining eligibility for state and federal financial aid, many colleges require a completed FAFSA to award merit and need-based scholarships.
The FAFSA opened on October 1 and Indiana’s deadline to file the 2020-2021 FAFSA is April 15, 2020.
