SEYMOUR, Ind.— INDOT crews will convert the intersection of S.R. 11 (Broadway Street) and 4th Street in Seymour from a two-way to an all-way stop on Thursday, October 17, weather permitting.
The change will increase safety at the intersection as motorists from all directions will be required to stop. Message boards will be placed near the intersection alerting drivers to stop.
