(BEDFORD) – Two people were arrested Saturday night after a domestic fight at Shawnee Apartments.
Bedford Police officers were called to the apartment complex after a report of a domestic fight at 11:28 p.m.
“When officers arrived they spoke to both individuals involved,” says Bedford Police Chief Terry Moore. “Both appeared to be intoxicated. Officers found several damaged items in the apartment consistent with a fight. Both complained of suffering pain and wished to file charges against each other.”
Police arrested 38-year-old Amy Emery, of Bedford and 59-year-old Michael Goss, of Jasper on a charge of battery resulting in bodily injury.
