  • 3:36 p.m. Report of a suspicious person in the 400 block of 12th Street. A female was in a field and has been walking around in the field for hours. Police were unable to find the woman
  • 4:30 p.m. Juvenile problem in the 160 block of Yockey Estates. The caller is having issued with his some who states he is going to runaway. When the boy got home from school today he left and has not returned. The child was found and cited into juvenile court and released to his parents
  • 4:47 p.m. Traffic stop at US 50 East and Limestone Run Road
  • 5:09 p.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 960 block of Murry Holt Road. The caller says someone attempted to steal their dog. The caller caught the male who was wearing a skeleton mask on video attempting to get into his dog kennel. Police will make extra patrols
  • 5:19 p.m. Report of a tree branch hanging down into the road at Maple Leaf Road and State Road 58 East
  • 5:27 p.m. Report of a dog in the roadway causing a traffic hazard in the 3270 block of Ridge Road. The owners were told to keep the dog out of the roadway

  • 5:57 p.m. Officers made extra patrols in the 3680 block of Dixie Highway. The caller says someone just hit their mailbox and left the scene
  • 6:05 p.m. 911 call in the 3750 block of State Road 37. It was an accidental call
  • 6:06 p.m. Domestic fight in the 3620 block of Old Farm Road. The caller says the neighbors are in a domestic fight and burning something because there is a lot of black smoke. The couple told police they were yelling for a dog that got away from them and was advised about the burn ban

  • 6:18 p.m. Medical emergency in the 380 block of Liberty Bell Street. A 79-year-old male was ill

  • 7:01 p.m. Report of a male passed out in a vehicle in the 780 block of Porter Burton Road. The driver left traveling north on Porter Burton Road and is all over the roadway

  • 7:37 p.m. Report of a fight at the Mitchell Public Library. A group of teens was fighting in front of the building
  • 7:47 p.m. Abandoned vehicle in the 620 block of West Main Street. A red Ford F-150 was blocking the fire lane. The vehicle was towed
  • 7:56 p.m. Traffic stop at Ruler Foods parking lot
  • 8:08 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 at the river bridge
  • 8:13 p.m. 911 call in the 520 block of Blue Spring Cabin Road. It was an accidental call
  • 8:14 p.m. 911 call hangup in the 1080 block of Hayes Road. There was no answer when the dispatcher called back. A child had been playing with the phone
  • 8:16 p.m. Report of a suspicious person in the 4550 block of Indian Creek Road. The caller says there were people camping on his property near the bridge. ISP troopers came out earlier and found the campsite, but no one was there. The people are there now. ISP responded

  • 8:34 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a semi tailgating other drivers southbound on State Road 37 at 16th Street
  • 8:35 p.m. Request for a welfare check in the 3310 block of Ridge Road. A car stopped near the caller’s house and it sound like a couple are arguing. A male got out of the car and left
  • 8:38 p.m. Traffic stop at Fifth and T street
  • 8:41 p.m. 911 call from an unknown location. The caller disconnected
  • 9:01 p.m. 911 call from the 5410 block of West Ocean Drive. Monroe County Police was alerted
  • 9:21 p.m. Agency assist in the 13090 block of East State Road 54 in Springville. A female was suffering a seizure. Greene County emergency services responded
  • 9:34 p.m. Alarm sounding in the 1200 block of Dutch Ridge Road
  • 9:45 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and State Road 58 East
  • 9:50 p.m. Burglary in the 1290 block of Old State Road 60 West. The resident reported a male and female were at her home and stole a box of jewelry. They left in a red Pontiac Grand Prix

  • 1:56 a.m. A deputy was out with Indiana State Police on a traffic stop on State Road 37 at the Salt Creek bridge. A k-9 alerted on the vehicle
