  • 6:12 a.m. 911 call from an unknown location. There was no answer when dispatch called back

  • 7:14 a.m. 911 call in the 3010 block of Ted Jones Drive. A 17-year-old male was high on meth

  • 8:09 a.m. Juvenile problem in the 980 block of Coxton Road. A male teen was being belligerent

  • 9:16 a.m. Request for animal control in the 4820 block of Old State Road 37 for a boxer chasing people as they walk down the road

  • 1:21 p.m. Request for a welfare check in the 360 block of South Leatherwood Road. The secretary at Stalker School reported a child got on the wrong bus this morning and ended up at Shawswick. When school staff spoke to the child she told them she put herself on the bus and that her mother was dead. The school was unable to reach the mother. Police say the mother was fine
  • 1:49 p.m. 911 call in the 220 block of Dale Street. It was an accidental call
  • 2:20 p.m. A female was on station to speak to an officer about a kitten. The woman says they stopped at a house where a man was giving away free kittens. They picked out a kitten and took it home. Now the male’s wife is texting her making threats saying she wants the kitten back and is going to call police on her. Police contacted the people giving away the kittens and the female says the male gave away the wrong kitten and that kitten belonged to her granddaughter

  • 8:40 p.m. Medical emergency at the Marion Fire Barn. A 48-year-old female was sick
  • 8:47 p.m. Report of a male staggering along the roadway at State Road 37 and Pinewood Drive. The deputy gave the male a courtesy ride to Judah
  • 8:57 p.m. 911 call in the 3600 block of River Bluff Road. The caller says his neighbors are trespassing on his property
  • 9:06 p.m. Report of a juvenile problem in the 440 block of Dale Street. A male child has left the home and is refusing to return
  • 9:07 p.m. Report of a possible intoxicated male in the middle of the road in the 310 block of West Warren Street yelling and carrying some type of bottle

  • 9:40 p.m. Traffic stop at Mitchell Road and 32nd Street
  • 9:37 p.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1510 block of Trogdon Lane. Police were unable to locate the vehicle

  • 1:01 p.m. Fire at Indiana Mentor in the 100 block of Hancock Avenue. The electrical panel was on fire
  • 1:28 a.m. Traffic stop on State Road 37 at the Marathon station
  • 3:09 a.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle at the Baptist Church on Patton Hill Road
  • 3:11 a.m. Medical emergency in the 400 block of Buddha Road. A 79-year-old female was ill
  • 3:55 a.m. Medical emergency in the 4280 block of Leesville Road. A 77-year-old male was ill
  • 4:32 a.m. Report of three suspicious male attempting to break into the caller’s vehicle in the 400 block of 10th Street in Oolitic. Several vehicles were broken into in the area.
