(MARTINSVILLE) — Milestone Contractors will close the intersection of South Street and Home Avenue in Martinsville on or after Monday, September 9, for work to take place to connect the existing roadway to the new South Street bridge.
The intersection is expected to reopen by late October or early November. Local access to the area will be maintained via Crawford Street.
The South Street bridge is expected to be completed by spring 2020.
