(BEDFORD) – A 17-year-old Mitchell female was arrested Sunday after police were called to Revere’s Food and Fuel Saturday about a battery.
Officers responded and spoke to the victim, who complained of pain to her forehead.
Officers also spoke to several witnesses who stated a female juvenile and the victim had been arguing for several minutes,” says Chief Terry Moore. “The victim went to her vehicle and was sitting in it when the other female walked over to the driver side and hit the victim in the head.”
The accused was transported to the Bedford Police Department. She was issued a summons to appear in court on a charge of battery and was released to her parents at the request of Lawrence County Probation.
