Bloomington Man Accused of Threatening Officer with Knife

(VANDERBURGH CO.) – Threatening a Vanderburgh Co. sheriff’s deputy with a knife is what a man from Bloomington is accused of doing.

Abraham Loganray parked his car on the sidewalk outside the Vanderburgh Co. courthouse on Monday morning.

When a deputy tracked him down inside the courthouse to ask about the car, Loganray pulled out a knife and refused to drop it. He then ran away, got inside the car, and started the engine. When deputies tried to get him out, he grabbed one of their tasers and tried to remove it from the holster.

Loganray faces multiple charges and is being held without bond in the Vanderburgh Co. Jail.
