  • 8:24 a.m. Fire alarm sounding in the 120 block of Bone Road. It was a false alarm
  • 8:30 a.m. Request for animal control to Martin Hollow Road for three horses starving to death
  • 8:42 a.m. Medical emergency at BNL High School. A person was having a seizure
  • 9:08 a.m. Request for animal control to the 470 block of Wallner Quarry Road for a stray cat
  • 9:20 a.m. Request for animal control to the 40 block of Russell Lane for a cat in a trap
  • 10:10 a.m. Follow up investigation in the 7420 block of Tunnelton Road
  • 10:23 a.m. Medical emergency in the 340 block of Huron Pike. A person was having trouble breathing

  • 1:40 p.m. Report of the theft of a license plate off a vehicle in the 1010 block of West Oak Street
  • 2:37 p.m. Medical emergency in the 7080 block of State Road 54 West. A female was having a diabetic issue and going in and out of consciousness
  • 2:43 p.m. Report of counterfeit $20 bill found in the 4680 block of Dixie Highway.
  • 2:48 p.m. 911 call in the 2410 block of Avoca Eureka Road. A child was playing with a phone
  • 3:13 p.m. 911 call from the 2900 of 16th Street. There was no problem
  • 3:13 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a red Ford Explorer at State Road 60 and State Road 37 that ran him an Amish buggy off the roadway and then turned north onto State Road 37 from State Road 60. Bedford Police was alerted

  • 3:24 p.m. Request for animal control to the 40 block of Jefferson Street for a yellow lab that keeps getting into trash cans. The owner lives behind Boneheads store
  • 3:24 p.m. Agency assist in the 110 block of Main Street
  • 3:49 p.m. Traffic stop at US 50 East, east of Leatherwood Road
  • 4 p.m. Domestic fight at West Powerline Road and Mundell Estates. A man and woman in a red SUV are involved in a verbal fight with the vehicle stopped in the roadway. A male was arrested on a warrant
  • 4:12 p.m. Controlled fire in the 1240 block of Sunny Acres Drive
  • 4:32 p.m. Transport detail to Bartholomew County
  • 4:44 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1610 block of 32nd Street. A person was having trouble breathing
  • 4:47 p.m. Domestic fight in the 9-010056 DOMESTIC PHYS,
  • 5:02 p.m. A male was on station about a protective order
  • 5:11 p.m. Traffic stop in the 1190 block of East Oolitic Road
  • 5:40 p.m. 911 call from Rural King reporting someone in a black Chevrolet truck was attempting to steal items from the store
  • 5:46 p.m. Deputies made extra patrols in the 3570 block of Erie Church Road
  • 6:06 p.m. Request for a welfare check at First and Kelley streets on two small boys playing in flood waters. Police say the boys were just throwing rocks in the water and were dry
  • 6:07 p.m. Domestic fight in the parking lot in the 380 block of Hillcrest Way. The vehicle left southbound on Old State Road 37. Witnesses say a male put his hands on a female and she ran town the building but the male caught her and got in her face. Bedford Police stopped the vehicle and talked to both involved the female told police it was just a verbal fight
  • 6:17 p.m. 911 call in the 510 block of Hammersley Lane. A female told police a male took her phone, but she does not wish to pursue any charges. She is taking her belongings and moving out. Police say the female did not have any visible injuries. The male left the home while the female gathered her belongings
  • 6:30 p.m. Controlled fire in the 4120 block of State Road 37
  • 6:47 p.m. Citizen assist in the 300 block of Locust Road. The caller is requesting an officer to her home to see where she is placing property stakes and says her neighbor will attempt to move them
  • 7:53 p.m. 911 call from a female reporting she expects an altercation to take place soon. She says the people she is talking about are to come to her home in the 320 block of West Grissom Avenue soon. Police spoke to all parties involved
  • 8:09 p.m. Traffic stop at Guthrie Road at the Crest Motel. Brandon Lambert, 27, of Bedford, was issued a summons to appear on a charge of operating a vehicle without never obtaining a driver’s license
  • 8:45 p.m. Report of a fire in the area of Burris School. A neighbor was burning leaves on Teke Burton Drive
  • 8:57 p.m. Traffic stop at Ruler Foods in Mitchell
  • 9:14 p.m. Follow up investigation at the Dollar General Store
  • 9:14 p.m. Trespassing in the 930 block of Trinton Circle
  • 9:31 p.m. Warrant service in the 770 block of Kelso Road. A male was arrested
  • 9:56 p.m. Medical emergency in the 8020 block of Doubleday Drive. An elderly male fell
  • 10:07 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a small dark pickup northbound on State Road 37, north of Oolitic
  • 10:13 p.m. Medical emergency in the 400 block of North 4th Street. A female was having an allergic reaction to a bee sting
  • 10:55 p.m. Report of two males trying to kick in the caller’s door in the 1960 block of Dunn Bridge Road. The two males left in a red Jeep. The males said they had guns
  • 11:09 p.m. Alarm sounding in the 940 block of Trinton Circle
  • 11:19 p.m. Citizen assist at Mitchell Police Department. A female requested to speak to an officer about matters going on near her home and to request extra patrols

  • 12:07 p.m. Domestic fight in the 70 block of Miller Drive. The caller says his son has been pushing him and his wife. The son left the house and will stay with a friend until he can move out
  • 12:19 a.m. Agency assist in the 930 block of Trinton Circle. To arrest a person on a battery affidavit
  • 12:54 a.m. Report of a person standing outside of a bedroom window in the 8770 block of US 50 West. The son chased the male but was unable to catch him. The person was last seen running north towards Grandma Brown Road. Police were unable to locate the person
  • 1:08 a.m. Traffic stop in the 220 block of Hoosier Avenue
  • 1:09 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Stevens Lane. A citation was issued for driving while driver’s license suspended
  • 1:54 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Wesley Chapel Road
  • 1:58 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Tieman Tires
  • 3:23 a.m. Traffic stop at Mundy Lane and State Road 60
