Jason Levi Bellamy, 33, was found guilty of two felony counts of child molesting and sexual misconduct with a minor.
Bellamy will be sentenced on May 16 at 3 p.m.
Indiana State Police arrested Bellamy on April 21, 2017, after a child told police Bellamy had sexual interaction including intercourse with Bellamy and it had become a “daily occurrence.”
Bellamy denied having any sexual contact or inappropriate interactions with the child and refused to provide a DNA sample or undergo a polygraph.
