Police stopped a pickup driven by 44-year-old Kipper Doran at 4:05 a.m. this morning and cited him for driving without a license. Doran was told to not dive until he got his license back.
But police found him driving the vehicle again later this morning near Second Street and Central Avenue and cited him a second time.
This time officers towed Doran’s truck. While doing an inventory of the vehicle they found a handgun in the back seat. Doran did not have a permit to care the weapon.
