(WASHINGTON) – A trial date has been set for a Washington man arrested on charges of child molesting and incest.
Washington Police arrested 35-year-old James Carrico Monday afternoon without incident at an address on County Road 150 North.
Police say the alleged incidents occurred in 2012 and 2013 and involved a child under 14.
He is being held in the Daviess County Security Center on a $100,000 cash bond.
His jury trial is scheduled for May 21.
