David John Dilks – Mitchell
November 3, 1952 – October 4, 2018
David John Dilks, 65, of Mitchell, passed away Thursday, October 4, 2018, at his residence.
Born November 3, 1952, in Lafayette, he was the son of Walter and Violet Marie (Albertson) Dilks.
Survivors include his daughters, Angie Dilks of Orleans, Amanda Dilks of Paoli; 3 grandchildren; siblings, Rosie Yepez of Washington State, Jane Louise Crider of Lafayette, Jimmy Alan Dilks of Attica
His parents and siblings, Barbara Jean Strong, Margie Ann Morgan, Susie Darlene Robinson, and George Walter Dilks, preceded him in death.
Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 9, at Mitchell Cemetery. Visitation is from 11 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. Tuesday at Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center.

Alice G. Fish – Bedford
February 6, 1920 – October 3, 2018
Alice G. Fish, 98, of Bedford, died at 4:20 p.m. on Wednesday, October 3, 2018, at Stonebridge Health Campus.
Born February 6, 1920, in Medora, she was the daughter of William and Mary (Wineinger) Mize. She married Robert
Fish and he preceded her in death on January 7, 2002. She had worked at Travelers in Orleans and later at Sarkes-
Tarzian in Bloomington. She was a homemaker and member of the Apostolic Faith Assembly Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Kay Denniston and husband, Bob, Jan Adams and husband, Rick and Vicki Chastain and husband, Chris, all of Bedford; seven grandchildren, Renee Cox and husband, Jeff and their children, Brianna, Hannah, and Tanna, Darren Denniston and wife, Kathy and their children, Darion and Dane, Darci Curtis and husband, Mike and their children, Chase and Austin, Bill Adams and wife, Jamie and their children, Garrett, Jared, and Will, Toby Adams and wife, Jessica and their children, Zoe, and Cooper, Mike Hunsaker and wife, Cassandra and their children, Matt and Nick, Aaron Chastain and wife, Kristine and their children, Fitz and Ollie; 16 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two brothers, Stanley and Raymond Mize; a
sister, Alberta “Bert” Leahy and a grandson, Toby Dale Adams in infancy.
A private graveside service will be conducted on Monday, October 8th at Mt. Pleasant Christian Church Cemetery
with Kenneth Allen officiating. No public visitation will be scheduled.
