Wilma Kathleen Webb – Oolitic
May 10, 1921 – July 4, 2016
Wilma Kathleen Webb, 95, of Oolitic, died at 2:47 p.m. on Monday, July 4, 2016 at her residence.
Born May 10, 1921, in Lawrence Co., she was the daughter of Manford and Vannie (Medlock) King. She married George W. Webb on July 20, 1940 and he preceded her in death on November 2, 2001. She retired as the co-owner of the Holiday Drive-In Theatre in Mitchell.
Survivors include a daughter, Sharon Dalton of Bloomington; grandchildren, Lori Campbell and husband, Bill, of Bloomington and Michael Dalton and wife, Amy, of Greenwood, IN; great-grandchildren, Rachel Kathleen Campbell, Will Campbell and Logan Dalton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two sisters, Mary Rose Seidle and Maxine Stigall.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Friday, July 8th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. Richard Tallman officiating. Burial will follow in Hilltop Cemetery in Avoca. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 7 th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.

James Robert Ray – Bedford
December 31, 1956 – June 30, 2016
James Robert Ray, 59, of Bedford, died Thursday, June 30, 2016 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.
Born December 31, 1956, he was the son of Robert H. and Virginia Lee (Cassidy) Ray. He had worked at Stone Belt.
Survivors include a brother, Timothy H. Ray, of Williams; two sisters, Kelli M. Magers, of Mitchell and Barbara Bobbie Jo Pike, of Columbus; nieces, Ginny Sue Kelley, Abby Nicole Jamison, Melissa Dawn Ray, and Kristen M. Jaggers; great nieces and nephews, Madison Steward, Allison Brown, Kathleen Grigsby, Rose Kelley, Brielle Canfield, Tyler Grigsby, Carter Brown, Riley Gridley, and Mason Brown.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a nephew, Benjamin R. Ray.
Cremation was chosen with a private burial at a later date. A Celebration of Life service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 9th at the 39th Street Christian Church in Bedford with Pastor Mike Hawkins officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of service on Saturday at the church. A dinner will follow in the fellowship hall.
