Pamela Jones, 68, of Bedford, died Monday, May 30th in Prince Rupert, British Columbia.

Wanda J. Craig, 93, of Fayetteville, passed away at 9:20 p.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at her residence.
She and her husband, Merla, faithfully served their Heavenly Father for over seventy years. Their ministry included New Unionville Baptist, Owensburg Baptist, Huron Baptist, Silverville Missionary Baptist, Petersburg First Baptist, and Orleans First Baptist Churches. Wanda was born in Lawrence County on February 18, 1923 to Forrest and Zona (West) Craig. She married Merla Craig on November 14, 1939 and he preceded her in death on November 7, 2010.
She is survived by three daughters, Gloria Rybolt, T. Darlene (Ernie) Hall, Trella Ranee (Terry) Kelly; a daughter-in- law, Patsy J. Craig; grandchildren, Teresa R. Dewitt, Valerie (Chad) Umphress, Rhea (Mike) Jackson, Katie (Daniel) Bruhn, Darren (Mindy) Waggoner,Dee Dee (Greg) Deckard, Megan D. (Jonathon) Kraft, Nathanael Craig Kelly; a step-granddaughter, Dedra Terrell; great grandchildren, Trever M. Dewitt, Ellie, Cole, Gabriel, Asa, and Carter Umphress, Joseph and Samuel Jackson, James and Lauren Bruhn, Evan and Annie Waggoner, Jarod, Drew, and Haley Deckard; two step-great grandchildren, Emma and Logan Terrell; three sisters, Doris Conner, Anah Hall, and Viola Waggoner; a brother, Donald K. Craig.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Merla Craig; her parents, Forrest and Zona (West) Craig; a son, Albert Craig; a grandson, Thomas Matthew Lovvorn; a sister, Norma Terry; five brothers, Lowell, Audra, Edwin, Vince and Victor Craig.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 4th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. Edsel West officiating. Burial will follow in Silverville Missionary Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, June 3rd and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service on
Saturday at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
