David Wayne Frost – Bedford

David Wayne Frost, 65, of Bedford, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2016, at Indiana University Health Bedford Hospital.
Born July 13, 1950, in Salem, he was the son of John and Agnes (Bex) Frost. He was married to Rita Tillette. David was a retired employee of the City of Mitchell with 40 years of service. He was a member of the Tabernacle of Grace.
Survivors include his wife, Rita Frost of Bedford; children, David Duncan of Bedford, Jason Bundy of Bedford, Lisa Bundy of Bedford, Rachel Bundy of Bedford; 6 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; siblings, Ronnie Frost of Mitchell, Juanita Hattabaugh of Mitchell, Brenda Frost of Salem, Larry Frost of Salem
His parents; and siblings, John Frost, Jr., Kenneth E. Frost, Marley L. Frost, Marilyn Alexander, Regina Smith, and Mark Frost, preceded him in death.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Reverend Ronnie Frost, Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 p.m. till 8 p.m. Tuesday and from Noon until the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Ina May Feathers – Springville
April 1, 1937 – April 23, 2016
Ina May Feathers, 79, of Springville, passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Westview Nursing and Rehabilitation.
Born April 1, 1937, in Lawrence County, Indiana, she was the daughter of Reno Blake and Eva (Clark) Blake.
She married Johnny Feathers on May 1, 1992; and he survives.
She had worked at Bedford Regional Medical Center.
Surviving are her husband, Johnny, of Springville; one son, Gary New; one step-son, John Feathers II; one step-daughter, Kelly Harder; ten grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; three sisters, Joan Blake, Linda Sturgeon, and Juanita Morris; and one brother, Ronnie Blake.
She was preceded in death by parents and one brother John Blake.
Funeral service will on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery.
Friends may call on Wednesday, 11 a.m. till 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Timothy Wayne McLaughlin – Bedford
April 17, 1966 – April 21, 2016
Timothy Wayne McLaughlin, 50, of Bedford, was surrounded by his loving family when he was called home on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 7:45 p.m.
He leaves behind a wife, Shannon (Turpin) McLaughlin; son, Jarred McLaughlin; daughter, Tiffany Deckard (Donny McCart); three grandchildren, Tyson, Alicia and Cory; mother, Jean (Brewer) Sullivan and Step father, Wendell; brother, Jody McLaughlin; mother in law and father in law, Thomas (Brenda) Turpin and several nieces and nephews and his best friend, his dog Demo.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond McLaughlin and older brother Eugene Raymond McLaughlin.
The family would like to thank the wonderful nurses and staff at Bloomington Hospital and special thanks to Dr. Cornetta.
Funeral service will be on Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at 2 p.m. at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home, with Pastor Gregory Eads and Pastor Gary Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Crawford Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday from 11 a.m. till 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Charlie Bill Keller – Shoals
Charlie Bill Keller, 63, of Shoals, passed away at his home in Shoals on Wednesday.
Born on December 30, 1952 in Daviess County, Indiana he was the son of the late Williams H. and Fern E. (Davis) Keller.
Charlie graduated from Shoals High School Class of 1970 and furthered his education by receiving a BS degree from Purdue University. In his youth, he was an Eagle Scout. Charlie had a long career with the State of Indiana Department of Natural Resources beginning in 1974. He was assistant property manage at Starve Hollow Lake, property manager of Pike State Forest. He also served as State Fire Coordinator at the headquarters at Morgan-Monroe State Forest. Charlie Bill was a member of the Sons of America Legion and was a diehard golfer
He is survived by two sons, Trevor and wife Lynn Keller, of Mariah Hill, Ryan Keller of Winslow; 4 grandchildren, Miranda, Grace, Annie and Logyn; three brothers Warren Dlae and Donna Keller of Washington, Kenneth Keller of Bloomington and Spencer L. Keller of Shoals.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. till 8 p.m. Monday, April 25, 2016 at the Queen-Lee Funeral Home in Shoals with funeral services at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 11 a.m.
Preferred memorials to be made in Charlie Bill’s memory to the North Spencer Community Action Center, P.O. Box 79, Dale, Indiana 47523 or the Martin County Community Foundation. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.

Phillip Claude Quinn – Mitchell
Phillip Claude Quinn, 81, of Mitchell, passed away at the IU Health Hospice House on Friday, April 22, 2016 at 1:45 a.m.
One of ten children, he was born on March 20, 1935 to the late Charles “Cloe” and Lillian Irene (Jones) Quinn. He married Marietta Lewis and she preceded him in death in 2006.
Mr. Quinn owed grocery stores in Arizona for 30 years. Prior to that he worked at Kraft Foods in Indianapolis and Chicago. Mr. Quinn also served in the Indiana National Guard. He was involved with many charitable organizations and food banks. He greatly enjoyed family outings in the Smokey Mountains. He loved his family and extended family dearly and all who met him loved him.
He is survived by one daughter Kathy Quinn and Tim Tangeman, of Glendale, Arizona; one son Ryan and his wife Jill Quinn, of Largo Florida; two granddaughters Angela Lewis, of Jamestown, Ohio and Noelle New of Rockford, Illinois; one grandson Travis Byrd , of Phoenix, Arizona; six great grandchildren; one sister Irene Kyger, of Shoals; five brothers, Jack Quinn, Gerald Quinn, both of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Carl Quinn, of Mitchell, Indiana, Terry Quinn and Edgar Quinn, bot of Shoals, Indiana.
He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Marietta, one sister Jeanette Berry and two brothers Cecil and Eugene Quinn.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. till 8 p.m. on Friday, April 29, 2016 at the Queen-Lee Funeral Home in Shoals. A funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Emmons Ridge Cemetery.
Preferred memorials in Phillip’s name should be made to the National Cancer Society or to a local food bank.
