Linda (Potts) Melvin – Bedford
April 5, 1965 – January 2, 2016
Linda (Potts) Melvin, 50, of Bedford, passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2016.
Born April 5, 1965, in Bloomington, Indiana, she was the daughter of Edward and Arlene (Clifton) Potts. She was a graduate of Bedford North Lawrence High School. Linda holds an Associate’s Degree in Business from Vincennes University. She retired from Visteon, Bedford.
Surviving are one daughter, Jade Tuper, of Bedford; one son, Jet Melvin, of Bedford; one brother, Kenneth Potts, of Rogers, Arkansas; one sister, Kathy (Rob) Qualkenbush, of Orleans; her parents, Edward and Arlene; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her sister Liana Robbins.
Funeral service will be on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home with Pastor Bill McKee officiating. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.

Doris L. Edwards – Bedford
June 17, 1935 – January 5, 2016
Doris L. Edwards, 80, of Bedford, died at 12:52 a.m. Tuesday, January 5, 2016, at I.U. Health Methodist, Indianapolis.
Born June 17, 1935, in Green Bay Wisconsin, she was the daughter of Walter and Cecilia (Cerowiz) Rewolinski.
She married Gary S. Edwards on October 18, 1958; he died July 28, 2015.
She was a graduate of Pulaski High School, Milwaukee, WI, with the Class of 1953. She had worked at Allen Bradley, Milwaukee, in the late 1950’s-early 1960’s, and later at J.C. Penney, Bedford and was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Bedford and the St. Vincent Altar Society; was a member of the Ladies of Columbus (K. of C. Council #1166, Bedford;) and had volunteered at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital as a Pink Lady and with Twigs.
Surviving are one son, Steve (Diana) Edwards, Columbus, IN; two daughters, Elizabeth Young, Georgetown, IN and Jane Harker, Bedford; four grandchildren, Kristin Edwards and Nicholas Edwards, both of Columbus, IN Cecelia Harker, Bedford, and Gary Young, Georgetown, IN; one great grandchild, Violet Manion; one sister-in-law, Jeane Rewolinski, Milwaukee; and one brother-in-law, Kenneth (Joann) Edwards, Townsend, WI.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gary; two brothers, David and Norbert Rewolinski; and two sisters-in-law, Beverly Rewolinski and Virginia Edwards.
The Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 9, 2016, at St. Vincent de Paul Church, Bedford, with Fr. Rick Eldred and Deacon Dave Reising officiating. Burial will be in Cresthaven Memory Gardens, Bedford.
Friends may call on Friday, from 4 p.m. till 8 p.m. at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home, Bedford. The Rosary will be prayed at 7:30 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be considered to American Heart Association.
