Forrest “Bud” Pierce – Williams
Forrest “Bud” Pierce, 89, of Williams, died at 11 p.m. on Friday, March 7, 2014 at Mitchell Manor.
Born February 13, 1925 in Lawrence County, Indiana, he was the son of Charles and Gladys (Eagen) Pierce.
He married Violet Turpin and she preceded him in death in 1994. He retired from NAD Crane as a Navy Equipment Operator. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II.
Surviving are two brothers, Ronald (Becky) Pierce of Mitchell, IN and Kelsie (Janet) Pierce of Bedford; one sister, Shirley (Fred) Ellison of Bedford, IN; four grandchildren, Angie (Mike) Kauffman of Vail, AZ, Tina (Scott) Pensinger of Galion, OH, Shelley Kern of Bloomington, IN, Lana (Jim and their son T.J.) Craig of Bedford; thirteen great-grandchildren; and fifteen great great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; step-daughter, Diana Bex; three brothers, Harold, Dale, and Wayne Pierce; and one sister, Frances Hedge.
Funeral service will be on Wednesday, March 12, 2014, at 1 p.m. at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mundell Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Wednesday from 11 a.m. until the service hour at the funeral home.

Dakota L. Burnette – Oolitic
Dakota L. Burnette, 26, of Oolitic, passed away on Friday March 7, 2014 at 6:20 a.m. in Greene County from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born in Bedford on December 22, 1987 to Jackie R. and Kimberly (Craig) Burnette. He was a 2007 Graduate of Mitchell High School and worked at Electricom in Paoli as a Tree Trimmer. Dakota married Kaci Bridges on May 29, 2010 and she survives.
Survivors include his wife; Kaci Burnette, of Ooliti; three children Drake Edward Burnette, Talon James Burnette and Raelie Anne Burnette, all at home in Oolitic; parents Jack and Kimberly Burnette, of Bedford; brothers Jack (Sara) Burnette of Texas, Joshua (Sarah) Burnette, of New York, Jason (Meghan) Shouse, of Orleans and Rocky Brown, of Borden; sisters Jenny (Anthony) Watson, of Texas and Ashley (Chris) Haley of Orleans; grandparents Frances Craig, of Bedford and Cecil Bowling, of Medora; mother-in-law Tomi (Dave) Lessaris, of Greenwood and Wanda Bridges, of Mitchell; several sunts, uncles and cousins

Dakota was preceded in death by his mother; Kimberly (Craig) Burnette; grandparents Jack and Beulah Burnette, Vince Craig, Mary Bowling, and father-in-law Chris Bridges.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday March 12, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Cresthaven Funeral Home in Bedford, interment will be in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Friends may call on Tuesday March 11, 2014 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Cresthaven Funeral Home, and on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
Bentley Ryan Livingston – Bedford
Bentley Ryan Livingston, infant son of Robert Lynn Livingston and Nancy Morgan Abigail (Riley) Livingston, passed away, Friday, March 7, 2014, at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital in Bedford.
Surviving: parents, Robert and Abby Livingston, Bedford; brother, Hunter Lynn Livingston, at home; maternal grandmother, Angel Wheeler, Mitchell; paternal grandmother, Donna Livingston, Mitchell.
His paternal grandfather, Robert Livingston, preceded him in death.
Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 11, at Mitchell Cemetery with Reverend Steve Jones officiating.
