Joyce I. Pemberton – Bedford
Joyce I. Pemberton, 75, of Bedford, died at 9:45 pm on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at I.U. Health Bedford Hospital.
Born December 7, 1937 in Bedford, IN, she was the daughter of Hubert and Geneva (Robbins) Pruett. She married Robert Earl Pemberton, Jr. on October 29, 1956 and he preceded her in death. Joyce was a housewife and loving mother.
Survivors include; four children, Trevis Pemberton, Terry Briscoe and husband Steve, David Pemberton and Dana Allgood all of Bedford, nine grandchildren, three brothers, Roy Pruett, Harley Pruett and Eddie Pruett all of Bedford. She was preceded in death by, parents, husband and two brothers, Larry and Jim.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am on Monday, July 8, 2013 from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter. Burial will follow in Pinhook Cemetery. Visitation will be from Noon until 8 pm on Sunday, July 7th at the mortuary and from 10 am until the hour of the service on Monday.

Imogene Murphy – Bedford
Imogene Murphy, 87, of Bedford, died on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at her residence.
Born February 18, 1926 in Bedford, she was the daughter of George and Zena (Slinkard) Rainey. She was a Mail Handler at Crane Ammunition Depot. She loved to play cards, paint and do crafts.
Survivors include one daughter, Kathleen Parry of Orlando, FL, one son Howard Murphy of Bedford, three grandchildren, Ryan Shane Hawkins, Shannon Murphy and Cody Murphy, four great grandchildren, Victoria Renee Murphy, Shelby Danielle Hawkins, Samantha Kates Fleener and Shawn Michael Hawkins, two sisters, Georgia Lee Mitchell of Indianapolis and Mickey McDonald of Dallas, TX, two nieces, Linda Connors of Bedford and JoEllen Roach of Bedford and many more loving family members. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, one sister and one son, Michael Dean Murphy.
Graveside services will be held at 2 pm on Monday, July 8, 2013 at Mundell Cemetery with Rev. Dr. Gary Houston officiating.
