Reva Kern – Bedford
Reva Kern, 88, of Bedford, passed away at 12:30 am on Monday, March 11, 2013 at Garden Villa in Bedford.

Tom Skinner – Oolitic
Tom Skinner, 76, of Oolitic, passed away at 7:30 pm on Saturday, March 9th at I.U. Health Hospice House.

Sheila M. Cain – Williams
Sheila M. Cain, 55, of Williams, passed away at 7:40 pm, Friday, March 8 at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital.
Born May 16, 1957 in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Marion and Barbara (Groves) Rafalco. She married Willie Eugene Cain and he survives.
Surviviors include her husband, Willie; five children, Travis Cain, Ashley Cain and Jeremy Myers, Kylie Flinn and Christopher Young, Jenny Bay, Ricky Cain; a brother, Roy Rafalco and wife Susan; sixteen grandchildren, Heaven, Justice and Brianna Bilyeu, Madison, Kelton, Kailyn, and Jeremy (Jr.) Myers, Cody, Tommy, and Tyler Flinn, Landyn Bowersock,
Christopher Young, Austin Morgan, Samantha and Brittany Bay, and Ricky Lee Cain Jr.; in-laws, Charles and wife Leora Cain, Terry Cain, Kevin and wife Ettamae Elliott, Jay and wife Kim Phillips, Lloyd and wife Donna Phillips, Bryan and wife Leila Phillips, and Kelly and wife Tammy Holland; a cousin, Kenny Rafalco; a niece, Lara Rafalco; a nephew, Timothy Rafalco; a great niece, Elliana Rafalco and several other nieces and nephews; an aunt and uncle, Kenny and Mary DuBois.
Sheila was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Josh Bilyeu, and a sister in-law, Catherine Martin.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am on Wednesday, March 13th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Alan Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in
the Springville West Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 pm to 8 pm on Tuesday, March 14th at the Day & Carter Mortuary and from 9 am until service time on Wednesday.

Mary Elizabeth McKinney Wardrip – Mitchell
Mary Elizabeth McKinney Wardrip, 89, of Mitchell passed away at 10:45 a.m. Sunday, March 10, 2013, at IU Health Bloomington Hospice House.
Born September 29, 1923, in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Paul R. and Nellie (Ryker) LaShorne, Sr. She married Dr. Clair C. McKinney December 1, 1945, and he preceded her in death June 6, 1971. She and Rev. Howard Wardrip were married July 6, 1985, and he preceded her in death May 14, 2001.
Mary graduated from Howe High School and founded Mitchell Optical in 1950. She had previously taught Sunday School at Old Union United Methodist Church.
Survivors include daughters, Donna and husband David LaRocca, of Mitchell, Cheryl and husband Alan Wood, of Mitchell; 5 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; and brothers, Dr. Paul R. LaShorne, Jr., and William LaShorne.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Rev. Pat Sinnott officiating. Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
