The following obituaries were received on Monday.


Philip Cain – Bedford
Philip Cain of Bedford passed away Thursday morning at his home at the age of 62.
Born in 1949 to Raymond and Marguerite Cain, Phil married Jeri Bourland in 1975.
Phil was general manager and supervisor at Broadview Bowl for over 40 years.
He is survived by his parents, wife, sister Cathy, daughters Annette, Sherri, and Carri, son Philip, eight grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by eight uncles, six aunts and granddaughter Jessica.
Visitation is from 2pm to 8pm today at Day and Carter, funeral services will begin at 8pm this evening, also at Day and Carter.
Gary Stillions – Bedford
Gary Stillions of Bedford passed away Saturday evening at the age of 72.
Born in 1938 in Judah he was the son of Harley and Nellie Mae Stillions, Gary was an outdoorsman and a member of the Diesel Workers Union.
Gary is survived by his son Gregory, daughters Melissa and Melanee, and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Ward.
Visitation is Tuesday from 10am to time of the service, with funeral service beginning at 1pm at Day and Carter.
Shelly Rife – Heltonville
Shelly Rife of Heltonville passed away Saturday morning at her home at the age of 51.
Born in 1959 in Lawrence County she was the daughter of Sonny and Wilma Rife, Shelly was a member of the Bartlettsville Christian Church.
Shelly is survived by her mother, grandmother Fredona, two nephews and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, brother David, grandfather, and grandparents.
Visitation will be from 4pm to 8pm on Tuesday at Day and Carter with funeral services being held at 11am on Wednesday at Day and Carter.
