Arthur M. Potts of Springville passed away Tuesday afternoon, November 10th at his residence at the age of 68.
Born in 1941 in Bedford to parents Cecil and Mary Louise (Dillon) Potts, he had been married to Luella Rose Hawkins since 1969.
Arthur was retired from Visteon after 22 years of service, had worked for Holsum Bakery for seven years and was a member of Odd Fellows Lodge.
He is survived by his wife; one son, David Potts; two daughters, Keri Yingst and Terri Yingst who went missing in 1984 along with her son David Yingst; three brothers, Eddie, Danny and Ronnie Potts; one sister, Maria Garron; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Pauline.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 14th at 11:00AM from the Elmwood Chapel of Day & Carter Mortuary with burial to follow in Springville West Cemetery.
Visitation is from 4:00PM until 8:00PM on Friday, November 13th and from 10:00AM until the hour of service on Saturday, November 14th at Day & Carter Mortuary.
